Monthly Parking In Seattle
Why Monthly Parking Makes Sense
INRIX Research found that drivers spend 64 hours per year looking for parking at a cost of $1338.90 per driver in wasted time, fuel, and emissions across the 10 largest US cities. INRIX also found that in the same 10 largest US cities, drivers add an extra 50 hours per year of paid parking to a parking transaction to avoid a ticket or in other words $322.20 extra per year! Not only is that more money, but talk about the added stress of keeping in mind when your street parking is ending.
Monthly Parking just makes sense. The advantages of monthly parking are many including predictability and reliability, cost-effectiveness, convenience, timeliness, and the ability to choose and prioritize the factors that matter most to you.

Parking for Construction Companies
Construction sites are often spilling into roadways, sidewalks, and nearby neighbourhoods as hundreds of construction workers pile into already-crammed metro areas. To local residents of nearby construction sites, this can be a huge nuisance. However, construction workers aren’t to blame! They’re usually left to their own devices to find parking in metro areas where parking is already limited, and not to mention, expensive. Furthermore, many have a sporadic schedule that requires them to jump from job site to job site, making for an endless, frustrating and inefficient cycle of looking for parking.
Keep your team happy by providing them with parking options and let ConstructionParking.com do the work to find these spaces for you! Do I need to create an account? And if so, how do I create an account?
It's not necessary to create an account to browse the listings, or to set up an alert to be notified by email of a new spot. However, you do need an account to book a spot. To create an account, click “Sign Up” (top right on desktop or menu button in mobile), and then enter your name, email address, and password. Don’t worry, it’s FREE.
How do I book a parking spot?
Browse the map or search for an address, intersection, or area to find available spots.
Click on the marker for more information and click “View Details” to see the listing in more detail.
If you'd like to book a spot, first, sign in or sign up if you do not already have an account. After, simply select your desired start date, hit the blue "Purchase for..." button, and enter your payment information on the screen that comes up.
Once you have completed your booking, the lot owner will confirm that a spot is available and approve or deny the booking. Please ensure that your profile information (such as license plate number, vehicle make/model) is up to date to speed up the process of getting your spot set up.
If the booking is approved, you will be notified by email and provided with instructions on how to start parking in your new spot. If the booking is denied, you will be notified by email that the booking was denied, and your credit card will not be charged.
